Meet Tianna Christine, yoga expert, meditation extraordinaire. Tianna began practicing yoga in 2009 while searching for a low-impact workout. It started as a great way for her to develop a routine for flexibility. Over time her practice evolved as a tool for stress and meditation. Tianna loved yoga so much she decided to teach and share the practice with others.⠀
Yoga as a teacher means that Tianna gets to share her knowledge and gift of yoga with others to improve the well-being of their lives.
